Currently serving as the Group Head for Testing and Assessments at MeritTrac, Dr. Roy has played a pivotal role in providing strategic direction for intellectual capacity building aligned with the company's larger business objectives.

In his leadership role, Dr. Roy has demonstrated effective guidance and mentorship to the testing and assessment team at MeritTrac. His responsibilities include formulating operating strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and innovating efficient processes through the strategic use of technology. His leadership has been instrumental in sourcing appropriate expertise, developing quality content, and ensuring the on-time and flawless delivery of various assessment drives across diverse lines of businesses, including Engineering, Management, Banking, Medical, Paramedical, Vocational, IT, and Humanities.

Before joining MeritTrac, Dr. Roy spent close to one-and-a-half decades in the university setup, where he led functions related to examinations and other back-end operations for two of the largest distance learning education service providers in the country – ICFAI and SMU-DE. During this period, he successfully incorporated technology into the examination conduct, managing greater scale and shorter turn-around time without compromising on the quality objectives of assessment.

Educationally, Dr. Roy holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from IIEST, Shibpur. He further pursued his post-graduation and earned a Ph.D. in Finance from ICFAI. This combination of technical and financial expertise reflects a well-rounded skill set, positioning Dr. Roy as a versatile leader with a comprehensive understanding of both the academic and corporate realms.

Srinu is a seasoned finance professional with an impressive track record spanning 20 years, demonstrating expertise in every aspect of finance. He joined MeritTrac in 2018 and has played a crucial and instrumental role in the business operations of the organization, contributing significantly to its profitability and sustainable growth.

In his current position, Srinu collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Delivery & Ops, Procurement, and Legal, to effectively manage the profit and loss of the unit. His active involvement in commercial, legal, audits, and due diligence activities reflects his commitment to robust risk management practices. Srinu's strategic approach ensures the alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.

Before joining MeritTrac, Srinu gained valuable experience at Space Matrix over a span of 12 years, where he handled multiple roles, showcasing versatility and proficiency in all areas of finance. His contributions to the success of the business were invaluable during his tenure at Space Matrix.

Srinu is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, showcasing his high level of professional qualification. Additionally, he holds bachelor's degrees in commerce and law, further enhancing his well-rounded skill set. Sridhar Mellala leads the Solutions team at MeritTrac, bringing over two decades of experience in solution development and presales. With a proven track record of driving growth across diverse industries, Sridhar is instrumental in expanding MeritTrac's footprint in corporate and education markets. He is passionate about building strong customer relationships and helping organizations meet their assessment needs through innovative and tailored solutions.
